The MCN actively encourages and supports cross NHS Board networking and exchange with the aim of supporting the roll out of good practice and development of joint working.

The attached document is a guide to the MCN Shadowing Scheme. All staff are encouraged to consider undertaking or hosting a shadow, whether you work in a clinical, administrative, prevention or partner organisation role.
